Five Steps

Consistent brand delivery is not optional and must be reinforced in the salon. When the Five Steps are delivered consistently by each stylist, we see:

The Five Steps allows a system to be adhered to and makes the haircut delivery process systematic and seamless. The Five Steps allows consistency in evaluation of each employee while making it easier to work in any Great Clips nationwide. More important than that is to have a consistent experience for the customer. When the customer knows what to expect each and every time (and step) this leads to a more rewarding customer experience and one that a customer will wish to return to time and time again.
