What We Do:

• Serve as the friendly face of our salons at schools like Model College, Empire, PCI, Ridgewater, Northwoods Superior, Aveda, and more.

• Build strong relationships with instructors and students by showing up, following up, and staying involved.

• Plan and lead fun initiatives like haircutting competitions, purposeful school visits, graduation celebrations, and social media shoutouts.

• Bring lunch, get your hair done, chat, and be present—your personality is your secret weapon.

• Celebrate student milestones, answer questions, and stay connected with future grads 6–9 months before they finish school.

• Keep all contacts organized using our shared Google Candidate Tracking Sheet.
