What’s a Transformational Manager?

Our Transformational Management Team, consists of elite leaders who are well-versed in salon culture, Stevens processes, and committed to the Great Clips brand.

Role Overview:

● Manage salons for 3-6 month intervals with clear business metrics.

● Fully execute the Salon Manager job description as a whole.

● Work on special projects as assigned by the Leadership team.

Goals for each engagement may include:

1. Increasing customer count.

2. Training and empowering a replacement leader to manage the salon.

3. Improving salon floor hours and operational efficiency.

4. Boosting salon retention and culture.

5. Building trust within teams that may lack confidence in the organization.
